Swedish Institute is an allied health college in Manhattan. In 2019, I worked closely with college leadership to refresh the visual identity, logo and seal redesign, establish brand guidelines, typography, color palettes and an image library.

Once the visual identity was approved, myself and my former design team built out the supporting assets: business cards, letterhead, sigange, posters, catalogs, interactive texts, etc.

iPad Program Branding & Interactive Books

In 2014, the college launched an iPad program which featured an interactive curriculum through Apple’s iTunes University and iBooks. At the time, I partnered with the college’s Apple Education consultant to establish branding, design and marketing support to promote the new offering.

One of these channels was to develop an interactive “Lookbook” for the Office of Admissions, which would be used as a dialog aid and selling tool for Admissions representatives. It also served as a way to showcase to the prospect how the curriculum was shifting to a digital, interactive format through housing all texts in the iPad.

The user experience of the Lookbook was a general overview of the school, with interactive features throughout. The experience then re-directed based on the prospects interests, to a more in-depth began with a general overview of the college, with interactive features and videos throughout. At the midpoint, the user was prompted to choose the career path they were interested in which would redirect to the program-specific book.
